Managing your LMS Enterprise account
No coding, no jargon — just the clicks you need to get a company set up and running in the LMS admin panel.
1. Create an Enterprise account
An Enterprise account represents the company that will use the training platform.
- 1Open LMS → Enterprise from the sidebar of the admin panel.
- 2Click the "New Account" button in the top-right corner of the list.
- 3Fill in the company name and save. The account shows up in the list right away.
2. Add courses, learning paths, classes and students
Once the account exists, open it to link the content and the people who will use it.
- 1In the Enterprise list, click the company to open its account details.
- 2Use the Courses, Learning Paths and Classes tabs to link content that already exists in the catalog — or create new content directly from each tab's "Add" button.
- 3In the Students tab, add people one by one, or click "Import CSV" to register an entire list at once.
Useful tips
- Courses and classes can also be created on their own, under LMS → Courses and LMS → Classes, before linking them to an Enterprise account.
- The list under LMS → Students shows every student across every company — use it for quick lookups, not for registration.
- The Administrators tab on an Enterprise account controls who, on the customer's side, can manage that company inside the training portal — see the Access levels guide for details.
- Want to see how an instructor manages classes day-to-day? Check the Help page inside Hcode Training (the customer-facing portal).
